ELASTIC & RIGID TAPE PRODUCTION:
We produce high quality woven elastic in accordance with the latest trend and international quality. These elastics are manufactured on high quality narrow fabric looms from Switzerland, England, Italy and Taiwan. We are the first in Pakistan to introduce the usage of elastic for under garments and have also introduced many famous brand names. We manufacture and supply our product to top reputed companies of Pakistan. In addition to woven elastic we also produce knitted elastic for export oriented garment industries and produce special knitted elastic. We are the pioneers of introducing elastic for women under garments.
PROCESSING OF ELASTIC & NON ELASTIC TAPES:
We have high standard quality finishing and processing machine from Italy and Taiwan to get the optimum quality results. To get the additional finishing results we use best quality of imported chemicals for the entire range of our products.
THE USAGE OF RAW MATERIAL:
We are quality conscious manufacturers hence we manufacture best quality products. This entirely depends on the basic raw material used for product. We use top quality raw material like rubber, which is imported from Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand and yarn from Germany and France. We also buy the yarn from local joint venture companies.
ELASTIC MEASURING AND PACKING:
Most of the Elastic products are kept for 24 hours for setting time. There after the product is measured and cut to the required supply units for this process we have the latest machines from Germany. In addition to that we have festooning machines for bulk packing of the cartons. Most of our product is packed on shrink packaging machine to maintain its quality and finishing.
